Payments are processed by authorized payment service providers (Halkbank). ZoneSIM does not store your full payment card number or CVV security code. Payment is completed on the encrypted Halkbank/Payten bank-hosted checkout. ZoneSIM receives transaction status for order fulfilment.

ZoneSIM never sells your personal information to third parties. Service providers include Supabase (accounts and storage), Transatel (connectivity), Halkbank/Payten (payments), Fiscomm (fiscal receipts), Resend (email), Firebase (notifications) and Sentry (error diagnostics when enabled).

Account, support and operational eSIM data are removed; transaction and fiscal records required by law may be retained with direct account and contact data removed where possible.
